Clear Creek Climbing | Denver Wedding Photographer | Vintage Photographer | Denver Photographer
This past Saturday I meet up with some new friends to go climbing. We decided on Clear Creek, which by the way is absolutely beautiful, and meet up at 830. The hike up was pretty easy and enjoyable. It probably took about 10-15minutes. The area we were climbing in is specifically called The Canal Zone. It will be a great area to climb in the warm summer days because it is shaded most of the morning.
Thankfully we got there early enough so there weren't a whole lot of people there already. I was so thankful Katherine and Tim joined us this time because of those climbs require a 60m rope and Jay only has a 50m. I was so excited for Saturday because I wanted to set up a time lapse of everyone climbing. I ended up doing this but I was so sad to find out today that when my battery died it ended up missing Michelle's climbing! Also, note for future time to set my interval's a little faster than 6 seconds. But either way here are a few still photos and tomorrow comes the time lapse!
As with most climbing I get so excited and neglect taking photos so I didn't get any of Jay and Michelle this time...and well none of myself haha.
After we finished climbing I hung out by the creek and set up a time lapse for my never ending project...mhm...
Man was chilling by the river SO nice. The sound of the running water with the sun out, a little cloud cover, about 80 outside and NO bugs...I was just in a state of bliss. Here's a little snap shot from that. :)
I definitely want to take Josh to this place for a nice little picnic by the river. :)
