Olive is officially too big. She is full of LOTS of personality and emotion, thankfully most of the time its lots of laughter and smiles but sometimes its fussy and whines when things aren't going her way...like right now, she is stuck in the high chair so I can quickly write this blog post because she decided a 30 minute nap was sufficient this morning. So, this will be short a sweet. Some fun things she's learned this month is how to babble. Her first time doing it she sounded more like an angry drunken sailor than a baby, but it was super cute. She's also discovered how to crawl everywhere including up a step from one of our rooms into another. She is standing and walking holding on to things. She's discovered cabinets and doors open and close...which I seriously thought wouldn't happen until like a year, at least! She adores hair and we've discovered if she is afraid of someone new but gets to play with their hair she instantly is won over. But my favorite thing of all is how much this girl LOVES to dance, anytime the slightest bit of music is on she wiggles any little part of her body she can. I love our daily dance parties. :)
I typically stay away from standard cheesy photos but we just had to do this because they are so pretty and fun. Our christmas tree made from our tomato plant stand, which looks great thanks to my husband! We also used christmas ligthts, which is probably a terrible idea because she tried to eat the strand of lights every 5 seconds. haha
She gets really excited about my diy scarf camera strap. I handed my camera over to my husband for these of her and I. He did such a great job with my aperture set at 2.2...which is extremely hard to focus in even for someone who know what they are doing.
Baby toes!I know this is out of focus, but I just loved this smile!I love how this little girl brings out the best smiles in everyone. :D
