I cannot believe Olive has been with us for two months already! Yet, it seems like its been way longer than that some days, others its like we are still newlyweds together...getting to know and trust each other more every day.
I hope to be able to capture Olive as she starts to grow and change, so this is the first of a monthly series I want to continue with her: shoots with mom! I wish I had more time to plan something a little more creative for this shoot but we basically threw together a few things and took photos in between naps one afternoon.
I do have to admit I was way paranoid about sticking her in the grass, so I had my peppermint oil spray to ward off any unwanted creatures. It was probably pretty silly sight.
I am so amazed at how strong she is holding her head up so well already!
I'm so excited she fits into this dress my aunt and I made her...granted it isn't the softest material so probably only a fun occasional dress. Note to self babies only do well in 100% cotton. :)
I think my next shoot I may do the many faces of Olive, because she sure has a lot...haha. This is one of them "I'm not quite sure about this, maybe I will cry soon..."
She is definitely my child because she has consecutive sneezes. My count is 6 almost always, but she's a three-er. ;)
P.s. If you want cutie pie pictures of your pumpkin head to my Denver baby photography contact page on my website to fill out an interest form! You can do that by click here.
