Bittersweet

This past week my husband and I made an emergency trip to Lincoln, Nebraska to go to his maternal grandmothers funeral. I call this post bittersweet because it was a sad week mourning the death of his sweet and silly grandmother (whom I had the pleasure of meeting a handful of times) yet was a blessing to spend such a long time with his family. So, if you are wondering why I may have been hiatus for a while its because of the funeral and the crazy snow storm. Denver received 2 feet and Lincoln 14 inches! We were delayed on returning to CO by 3 days.

One day we had some downtime so my husband, his sister Ansia, and I went out to Pioneers Park to go Geo-caching. I have the patience of a fly for finding this so I got distracted taking these photos while they were treasure hunting.

These photos I took with my phone. The effects of the snow storm in Lincoln. So beautiful.
